Brand Overview
Transpharm was established by a group of retail pharmacists in 1970 and was acquired by Shoprite Holdings in 2009. Transpharm distributes a wide range of pharmaceutical products and surgical equipment to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, dispensing doctors and veterinary surgeons across South Africa.
Managing professional relationships with over 700 suppliers – and with more than 30 000 pharmaceutical products listed – customers will find that Transpharm’s products are competitively priced and offer considerable returns.
As a wholesaler and distributor, Transpharm understands the importance of quick deliveries: the faster the turnaround time, the better. Therefore, fast deliveries are of the essence; from twice-daily routes in the metro areas of Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town, to next-day deliveries for outlying towns.
