Shoprite created 20 new jobs with the opening of its supermarket in Tshepiso Shopping Centre, Vanderbijlpark, Johannesburg.

This new store offers customers a convenient shopping experience and access to several in-store fresh food departments including a Meat Market, Hot & Cold Foods Deli, Bakery, Fresh Fruit and Vegetables, as well as 8 pay points.

Customers can also save time by making use of the in-store Money Market counter. Services include money transfers, buying lotto tickets, paying municipal bills, topping up data, airtime or electricity, purchasing gift cards or savings stamps, buying bus, airline or event tickets, taking out insurance, and even getting a credit report.

The store is managed by William Naare, who joined Shoprite in 2003. He has held various positions prior to being promoted to branch manager this year.

Shoprite Tshepiso’s trading hours are Mondays to Sundays from 08:00 – 19:00.
