The Shoprite Group is spreading festive cheer by hosting Christmas parties for thousands of children and seniors across the country.

In partnership with community heroes the retailer has been surprising young and old South Africans with gifts, treats, games and festive cheer.

The children from Ethembeni Educare & Children’s Care Centre in the Western Cape enjoyed their Christmas party.

These events are taking place at various crèches, orphanages and old aged homes including Ethembeni House (Cape Town), Herfsoord Retirement Centre (Vanderbijlpark), Emmanuel Day Care Centre, Siyakhana Child & Youth Centre (Butterworth), St Thomas Children’s Home (Durban) and many more.

All over SA our staff is reaching out to host Christmas parties for underprivileged kids and elderly citizens. Here we hosted a party for the Community Crisis Centre in Gauteng.
