The opening of Shoprite Dutywa created 129 new jobs in the local community. This store, in the Eastern Cape’s Mbhashe Municipality, opened its doors on Wednesday, 26 April 2017.

To celebrate the grand opening, customers were treated to performances by local DJ Zoox and the supermarket’s staff choir (pictured below), delicious cake, plenty of in-store competitions and of course fantastic special offers.

The Shoprite Dutywa staff entertained customers with song on opening day.
