Shoprite Checkers presents the Championship Boerewors challenge annually as it assists the supermarket group in staying abreast with consumer needs. By inviting customers to put forward recipes for the best tasting boerewors that will appeal to the majority of people, the supermarket group is able to provide a quality product that reflects the value on offer in the Meat Market departments of all Shoprite and Checkers stores.

Those who will not have the opportunity to taste the supermarket group’s new Championship Boerewors at Sun City will fortunately not have to wait too long to obtain it. From 15 October this product will be available under the 2008 Championship Boerewors label in the Meat Markets at Shoprite, Checkers and Checkers Hyper stores country-wide.
