We are sorry that such an unfortunate incident happened in our store.

We have already taken action on 5 June to address the problem and all affected stock was destroyed and surfaces hygienically cleaned.   

The existing pest control programme was stepped up and all possible measures taken to prevent any future chance of rodents entering the store from outside. This is being monitored regularly and management are in contact with the landlords and local municipality to improve the area surrounding the store.  

The customer who posted the photographs on social media has been contacted personally to apologise for her nasty experience.
