The board of directors acknowledges the need for Terms of Reference as recommended in the King IV Report on Corporate Governance for South Africa, 2016. The Terms of Reference is subject to the provisions of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (as amended), the Company's Memorandum of Incorporation and any other applicable law or regulatory provision.
