The Shoprite supermarket group’s acquisition of Computicket increased the ticketing company’s distribution outlets to almost 500, thus ensuring increased convenience to the public to obtain their tickets for events. This service is accessible to a much broader base of consumers, who previously were not within reach of Computicket outlets to benefit from their service.
Computicket customers also have the added benefit of having access to the Money Market offering of a vast number of financial transactions ranging from account payments for television licences, utilities, traffic fine payments and Telkom, to pre-paid services like electricity, cellular phone airtime and Telkom air time.
